About our Founder and President

Charlie King Dusenberry II

With over 40 years of experience in the national construction industry, Charlie Dusenberry, founder of CKD2, is a powerhouse of knowledge, diligence, construction economics, honest integrity and aesthetics. His resume contains a multitude of award winning concepts and collaborations with successful and internationally renowned architects, designers, engineers, developers and entrepreneurs. For over 25 years Charlie has held career positions as in-house President and Vice President of Design/Construction and Project Management for major restaurant chains – resulting in literally hundreds of completed and profitable restaurants, many of whom went public with his leadership in construction growth. That vast experience has led his career path to hundreds of successful completed construction projects in Hospitality, Commercial Offices, Senior Living Communities and Residential Properties.
